Classes
Our current class schedule is based off a fundamental fitness level and caters to any fitness level, age, and gender. These initial classes will help us assess our strengths as a group and build a program tailored to the members of Red’s Gym.
Wear and Bring:
- Comfortable clothing for movement/exercise
- Comfortable shoes, preferably gym shoes or shoes for general exercise
- Bottle of water
- Towel, if needed
Class Structure:
- Warm-up
- Strength/Movement
- Workout
- Stretch
